Making space for creative practice connects us to ourselves and to each other. This season, come (back) to MAKE time, a gentle, process-oriented time to write, each Wednesday morning throughout April, all in good company.
What does a session look like?
Opening: meditation, breath-work, or centering practice
40-45 minutes: a series of writing prompts, including somatic experiences and interactions with visual art or poetry — prompts are generative, low-stakes, open-ended, and typically build on each other, giving you material to return to outside of the sessions
Closing: optional sharing and discussion time
